Our Sales Convention will take place at the Grand Sol Premium Costa do Sauípe Hotel (BA), a space designed to balance work, connection, and well being the ideal setting to align our collective rhythm.
These will be days dedicated to strategic alignment, integration, and experiences that reinforce what drives us forward: people moving in the same direction, at the same pace.
The Grand Sol Premium offers a complete structure for a smooth and productive experience throughout the event. Check in starts at 3:00 PM and check out is until 12:00 PM. Wristbands are required to access all areas of the resort complex.
Accommodation operates under an all inclusive system, with beverages and service stations available according to hotel schedules. The all inclusive package includes only the hotel’s own consumption points and does not cover à la carte restaurants, meals outside the resort, or lunch on the check out day.
The hotel also features a fitness area, so if you enjoy exercising, remember to pack appropriate workout clothing.
Power outlets follow the Brazilian three pin standard, with a voltage of 220V.
For the party, the vibe is Salvador Carnival: light, relaxed looks. You will receive an abadá (the traditional Carnival T shirt), which can be customized during the event. Learn more about the abadá tradition at the Salvador Carnival.
Travel insurance policies must be issued only for foreign employees. Brazilian employees are covered for travel through the SulAmérica health plan.
Employees residing outside Brazil must issue their policy at least 10 days before travel. Access the AIG website in advance and follow these steps:

Interprefy
Simultaneous interpretation will be available through the Interprefy platform. Download the Interprefy app from your app store, enter the code RitmoASP, select your preferred language (portuguese, spanish, or english), and bring your personal headphones to follow the interpretation during the sessions.

All employees will be accommodated in double rooms during the event. The only exceptions are leadership positions such as CEO, vice presidents, and directors. If you have a health condition or special need that requires different accommodation, please contact the event organization team to check possible arrangements.
The Grand Sol Premium Costa do Sauípe operates under an all‑inclusive system, meaning meals and beverages at the included restaurants and bars are covered throughout your stay. However, certain services such as à la carte restaurants and special experiences may incur additional charges and are not included in the event.
Accommodation rates, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during your stay at the Grand Sol Premium Costa do Sauípe are covered by the event organization.
Expenses outside the hotel or related to non included services, such as à la carte restaurants and extra amenities, are not covered. Meals and other needs during travel are covered according to the current ASP reimbursement policy.

Yes. Transportation will be provided for all participants, both upon arrival and departure. Look for signs with the ASP logo in the arrival area at Salvador Airport and inform the coordinator of your name.
You may request a taxi from your home to the airport using the available options in your country. The cost can be paid using a corporate credit card, Uber Business, or submitted for reimbursement via Concur.
Your airline ticket includes one checked bag of up to 23 kg (50 lb) and one carry‑on bag of up to 10 kg (22 lb). Remember to pack a change of clothes in your carry‑on for emergencies. Check baggage dimensions on the airline’s website.
